The final field for the RBC Canadian Open was announced tonight and includes some big stars — oh, and John Daly.
That said, Retief Goosen is obviously on the bubble after pulling out of the British Open and Canadian hopeful Graham DeLaet sounds like he’s preparing to shut it down for the year, according to a press statement issued today saying the Saskatoon PGA Tour player would be passing on the Canadian Open due to a back injury.
Here’s the rundown of the list with comments:

I put the over/under at 4.5 of “big” names wding. If I had to pick one to WD, it would be Fowler (who also did last year)
Also, real *nice* to see Johnny Vegas playing in the Skins game but not the tournament. Im sure that will go over well.
too early to say Ricky Fowler wins his first PGA event at Canadian Open?
Don’t discount young Adam Hadwin – he had a 68 on Sunday at the US Open and finished tied for 39th –
