Fairway Stevie’s World Of Golf: Taylormade’s R11 and Burner 2.0 – Art Meets Function

Do you remember when you were a kid how you loved wearing the button of your favourite bands on your jean jacket to identify what kind of person you were.  The cool kids always wore badges of bands that the others had never heard of – obscure bands like U2, AC/DC and Cheap Trick.  Well, now that your older (or maybe not) the clubs you play with or the logo on your golf bag, shirt or hat are your new badges.  As the summer wears on, you’ll notice a dinstinctive white driver on the first tee.  It’s most likely either the R11 or Burner 2.0 from Taylormade. These drivers will identify their owners as early adopters but they are notable for more than their looks, they are jammed with new technology to help you hit the ball farther and straighter.  Jason Rose of Taylormade gives us the straight poop!
