I’m still touring around for one more day at Bandon Dunes, and hope to blog about Old Macdonald, the resort’s fourth course, tomorrow. In the meantime, there’s a new website for Weir Golf Design. And shock of shocks, Ian Andrew has returned to blogging on the site. It can be found here. The site isn’t complete quite yet — but it is close. More content will be forthcoming, as well as more blogs, including some on Andrew’s travels with Weir that are upcoming.

  • like what I see so far with their philosophy…and very happy to see Ian write again.

Timing is horrible for new projects but if they stick to value oriented golf, I think there’s still a great market for courses in the Copetown model

hopeful Weir is looking for legacy projects (in a good sense) and less about a vanity place. With that in mind, CDN golfers will remember him forever.
