I’ve just posted a run down of a trip I made to Mississippi a few years back. Frankly, Mississippi golf is never going to blow your socks off or make many Top 100 in the U.S. lists, but there are some solid courses that can be played quite inexpensively.

BTW, central Mississippi is the strangest place I’ve ever encountered John Daly. When I ran into him he was in a clubhouse sipping beer and playing piano. Actually that sounds like the start to a joke, so I’ll end there.
