Tucked away in Ingonish Beach, Nova Scotia on Cape Breton Island is one of Canada’s definitive golf courses – Highlands Links.
Considered the masterpiece of classic Canadian course designer Stanley Thompson, Highlands Links dazzles golfers with an array of excellent challenging holes like no other course in the country.
It is not the most accessible course in the country – being located along the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island, but one that is certainly worth the pilgrimage.
