Unexpectedly, a courier showed up on my front door with hot-off-the-presses copies new book… I’m thrilled, to say the least.

Looks pretty damned sharp, doesn’t it? Anyway, keep your eyes on the site — I think we’ll run a neat contest to give away a few copies, with the winner joining me for a round of golf followed by lunch. Now that may sound painful to some of you, but I’m not forcing anyone to enter….
