Stephen Ames’ Sunday Follies

There is no denying that Stephen Ames is a great striker of the ball. He is definitely one of the world’s elite players who knows how to get the ball in the hole. His play is consistent and his wins at the Player’s Championship last year proved that he can win on the biggest stage.

But something strange happens to Ames on Sundays at the Majors. Historically, when he makes it to Sunday at the major, whatever game he has brought with him completely disappears. For the record – Ames has played on Sunday in 18 Majors and has never broken 70. His scoring average on those Sundays has been 74. Odd.
