Well, I’m not taking you out to play Doug Carrick’s new course, but I will give you the Nike golf shirt I received from a recent media outing at Muskoka Bay, Carrick’s terrific new course in Gravenhurst. It is brand new, but a touch small for me (not that I’m huge or anything, but it is a large shirt and seems to fit a bit small). Since this is Canadian Open week, I want readers to write me (robertthompson8@sympatico.ca) with the subject, “Canadian Open contest,” and let me know who was the last Canadian amateur to make the cut at the Canadian Open. Responses must get to me by Wednesday and Thursday morning I’ll post the winner. Thanks for reading G4G and best.
