Arnold Palmer in town today
The man who put the Open back on top returned to St Andrews this week, playing in his Club’s medal. No fan fare, just another R&A member’s event. Carolyn, Marley and I covered the first hole before retreating indoors to Costas (our version of Tim Hortons).

Last week after playing Royal County Down we stayed overnight at Slieve Donard and then drove south into the Republic of Ireland.
