If anyone truly understands what client golf is like they should understand that it is not about them but about the client. Making sure they have a great day on the course and making sure they feel comfortable so that they will do a deal is not as easy as it sounds. Forget about your own game – it is all about client relations for the day. Some of the most stressful moments in my corporate life have come on the course when the client was not happy and I had to somehow make it enjoyable.
