Glad to hear it is living up to the hype. Very jealous right now as I sit in my cubicle!

Good preview Robert, looks like a winner for Ben et Company! Once the clubhouse has it its’ stone facing, shouldn’t be a problem. It’s hard to start at the top though and Cabot has been there for a long time (and it isn’t open yet).

Great writeup, RT. The pictures really add a lot too. The one showing the bunker work is doubly interesting because of the bunker detail in the foreground and the incredible vista of endless beach in the background. Standing there yourself and seeing that is just breathtaking. All the best to Ben and Rod and the crew.

Par 3′s are the most significant holes for higher handicap players. With 5 par 3′s,Cabot Links can make this challenging course very playable for all.The tough 4′s and 5′s wll test all skill levels while the 3′s will give hope to the duffers.
Par 14 alone will be worth the price of admission.

Thanks for the photos Robert! The course looks awesome and it seems to have some great inland holes that accompany the fantastic water holes. That coastline looks amazing on holes 16 and 9.

No doubt Cabot is going to be strong and one of the best in the country. The rural location, despite its beauty, seems odd to me though being that it’s not a private club with a $100k + initiation fee or has plans for another course. I do however trust Mike Keiser and his vision so I’m sure things will be fine!

RT, Thanks for the write up. I’m a little surprised at no mention of the 2nd hole. I thought it rivals some of the best par 5′s anywhere. (Disclaimer; If you did mention it, I blame adhd) :)
