I’ve written extensively about what is going on at Highlands Links (including a recent ScoreGolf feature that I can’t find online or I’d link to it. This post from last year has 45 comments on it, so it must have resonated with some…) Anyway, thanks to reader Greg for a photo of the trees taken down between holes two and three, opening up the views of the ocean. Of course we’re still waiting for some comment from the government on what they plan to do with the course — an announcement that is now long overdue. If they are going to stay in the business, they can’t just take money out of Highlands Links — they also have to reinvest it back in the course.

Looks great, now if we could just get rid of that scar of a cart path.
