Earlier this summer I was introduced to the Makkar PPM mouthguard. Simply put, the mouthguard realigns your jaw putting your spine in a more powerful position, giving you getting stength, flexibility and range of motion. It won’t help you become a better golfer but it will help you maximize whatever abilities you currently have. The mouthguard is currently being used by Shaquille O’Neil, Terrell Owens and Scott McCarron among others and everyone raves about the results. I have been using it while I workout for the past 6 weeks and have seen superiour results in half the time.
